The client required strategic and technical support to achieve a significant increase in routine immunization coverage (target: 20%) and to integrate service delivery efficiently.

Innovative Solution Implementation

IGC SOLUTION

Designed and executed a comprehensive multi-sectoral health program and provided technical assistance for program scale-up and integration. We trained over 2,500 health workers and strengthened the vaccine supply chain and service delivery logistics.

Significant Project Impact

 

Achieved a 22% increase in routine immunization coverage within 18 months, surpassing the target, and successfully established integrated RMNCH service points in 150 facilities.
